Datum is Launching!

We are gearing up for launch!

On May 19th at ICSC Las Vegas, Datum will officially open for business.

Our mission is to bring the commercial real estate software ecosystem into the modern age.

There are three main issues holding CRE software (and thus the industry) back:

1. Fragmentation of data across tools

2. Legacy software

3. Terrible user experience

The tools that currently exist don’t function to the standard that users in 2025 demand. Why build new tools that ‘tack on’ to this broken landscape? This tacking on to the legacy ecosystem is what continues the perpetual disappointment and dysfunction.

We at Datum are building every piece from the ground up, eventually housing a full suite of native applications that flow seamlessly into each other.

Our first tool is Lease Abstraction + Data Tables.

The lease is one of the most, if not the most, important documents in your data sphere. We will intake lease packages, tag every piece of importance, and instantly deliver you a comprehensive abstract. Plus:

Tables to organize and analyze lease data

Custom tagging for your unique data points

Integrated AI lease chatbot to dig deeper

This is just the beginning for Datum.

Each successive tool will build on and leverage the previous one. Our next application, launching in Q4 of 2025, will be Financial Modeling software. All of your data that is tagged in the lease abstraction process will effortlessly flow into your cashflow projections.
